Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she was granted her professional card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite having zero expectations. This is not a surprise since she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual training. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
